Our Clients Types

We have provided knowledge leadership and solutions for a range of businesses involved in or associated with the industrial gases business.

Gas Companies:

Our consultants have undertaken work for all of the leading industrial gases companies over the years - including AGA (now Linde), Air Liquide, Air Products, BOC, Messer, Linde, Nippon Sanso and Praxair. We have also undertaken assignments for small, medium and large regional industrial gas companies around the world.

Equipment Support Industry:

Our knowledge of the gases business has been used to assist the equipment suppliers which support the industrial gases business - ranging from Air Separation Plant manufacturers, ASU component manufacturers (heat exchangers, turbo expanders, cryogenic pumps etc.) and from cryogenic storage vessel suppliers to high pressure valve producers.

Financial Institutes:

The financial community has become increasingly interested in the industrial gases business and how it is performing. We continue to provide insight into this industry for the financial institutes as well as undertake industry expertise assignments in M & A activity on behalf of merchant banks. Regional Development Banks with specific interest in investing in projects related to the industrial gases business are also included in our client list.

Non-Industrial Gas Companies:

We have also been involved in advising major blue chip industrial sector companies (e.g. steel, petrochemicals, power) on the dynamics of the industrial gases business. In some cases this has involved assisting in their strategy for disposing of surplus gases or by-products gases.
Prospective clients should note that Spiritus does not undertake a broking or negotiating exercise on behalf of the end-user industry in order to lower its purchase price for gases and services.

Management Consultancies:

Major international management consultancies lack the in-depth knowledge of the industrial gases business and so we have worked with such companies in order for them to provide informed management solutions to their clients needs.

Governments:

We have and continue to be involved in advising government departments of various countries on their strategy towards privatisation of State owned industrial gas companies through to developing their initiatives on strategic products (e.g. helium, rare gases).
